Sale of land plots with automatic value appreciation

We own already big extensions of land within the bay of Maimón but permanently are buying additional states to urbanize and parcel them.

We do this just because, thanks to the intensive touristic activities inside and around the Bahía de Maimón, we are experiencing an automatic and continuous value appreciation of all the land in this area.

The current land prices within the bay and in vicinity of the port range between 90 and 190 US$ per square meter, depending on the location.

3 years ago we still could buy land there for 25 US$ per square meter.
The value of these plots just rose to 55 to 90 US$ (depending on its location) when Carnival announced its intention to build the cruise ship port.
The next big jump up to 90 to 190 US$ came in October 2015 when the first highly expected cruise ships really arrived to the new port “Amber Cove”, spitting the first tourists on land.
And now the prices are still rising continuously.

We expect the next important price rise for within 1 or 2 years when even the most sceptic has to recognize that Carnival has kept its promise to bring hundreds of thousands of tourist per year to the north coast of the Dominican Republic.
Since several other cruise ship companies announced their plans to also visit “Amber Cove”, we are more than positive that the predicted numbers will even be exceeded by a long way.
We are convinced that a price rise to between 350 and 450 US$ per m² is realistic.

So this is a perfect opportunity for investors to increase continuously the value of their invested capital.

Plots in the Finca Ammann and Residencial “La Isabella”

The farm state Finca Ammann and our Residencial “La Isabella” are situated in the very heart of the bay Bahía de Maimón, with direct connection to the newly built cruise ship port “Amber Cove” and direct access to beach and sea with its crystal clear waters.

We are selling now plots of at least 500 m2 (or as much more as you want) to individual customers. The current prices range from 150 to 190 US$ per square meter, depending on the location.
Obviously we will sell you bigger extensions with corresponding discount.

Plots “Playa Teco” – In front of “Amber Cove”

Directly opposite the new cruise ship port lays the beach “Playa Teco”.
This is an absolute dream beach with crystal clear waters, big part of it still totally untouched, which extends for several kilometers in northwest direction to Luperón.

Also there we possess big extensions of land with direct access to the beach. Our projects for these states have to be developed yet, so still we don’t sell small individual plots there. But to big investors for plots of at least 10.000 m², already now we can offer very interesting investment opportunities.

Commercial plots in the Bahía de Maimón

Within the bay of Maimón we possess numerous plots of land in direct connection with the walk ways of the tourists.
On some of those, starting in the second half of 2016, we will build different “plaza” style buildings with a big choice of commercial units for sale and rent, and some of them for our own use.
