We founded the company WVI 01 Invest SRL as a special investment tool with the aim to give small investors the possibility to participate in our project “Bahía de Maimón”.

Within the overall project “Bahía de Maimón – Residencial la Isabella” the company WVI 01 Invest SRL is going to build four different Villas with 125, 150, 190 and 240 square meters living space on a total land surface of 2000 m².
These villas will be rented to tourists, within our “RENTING CONCEPT Bahía de Maimón”.

Entrance

The entrance into this investment system is very easy and global:

  • Expedition of a subscription certificate for the ordered shares
  • Payment of the corresponding investment sum on an escrow deposit
  • Register of the company shares and transmission of the registry certificate
  • Transfer of the investment sum to the company WVI 01 SRL through the notary and immediate activation of the return of investment period

Return of investment payment

The fixed yearly payment of 8% or the investment sum will be realized after one year (depending on the investment establishment date).
On demand we can arrange monthly payments also (with 15% reduction).
The payments can be done to any bank account or in cash against receipt. Also there is the possibility to reinvest the yields.

Exit and Repurchase

The investor can leave this investment model voluntarily after one year with a period of notice of 90 days.
This means that the investment capital is never tied up for more than one year.
If the agreement is not terminated within the specified time, it shall be automatically extended by a further year.

Security

With this system the investors don’t invest into a fond but directly into the investment company. This way they get to be direct shareholders of the investment value (= investment assets) and achieve a 100% safeguarding of their invested capital.

Risks

The only imaginable risk for this investment would be the remote possibility of a reduction of the real estate prices in the Maimón Bay, instead of a rising or at least stagnation.
But such a scenario can be nearly excluded in view of the big touristic development and the future expectations for the Bahía de Maimón (= Amber Cove).
Most probably the opposite will get true, that is a substantial rising of the real estate prices of this area within the next few years which obviously will be shared with the investors.

Acquisition of land with automatic value growth

Even though we possess already big extensions of land within the bay of Maimón we are currently in the process of buying many more states, urbanizing and dividing them into convenient building plots for sale or development.

The simple reason is that thanks to the new enormous touristic activities in and around the bay of Maimón the land prices in the area will rise spectacularly.

Just alone the public announcement of the intention to build a port in the bay of Maimón originated an immediate price upswing of several hundred percent, not stopping the prices there but going on rising to a current price level of between 90.- and 190.- US$ per square meter (depending on the location).

We assume that these prices will go on rising strongly during the following 1 to 2 years, reaching easily a realistic level of 350.- to 450.- US$ per m².

This gives us an optimal opportunity to continuously grow our and your investments, being prepared though to resell your states whenever you want, taking care ourselves of all the necessary steps for you.

Construction of holiday villas
